Just a few ideas for showing your PATRIOTISM! Here we go...

-Encourage students to wear red, white and blue on a special day for remembering our country.
-Use red, white and blue plastic cups to make an American flag. Stick them into a chain-linked fence and show your pride for the whole community to see!
-Invite a special guest speaker into your classroom to talk about the history of our country and the American spirit that happens in times of disaster.
-Have students decorate the halls with homemade flags, banners, and ribbons.
-Blow up red, white and blue balloons and string together to make a giant rainbow for the hallway of the school.
-Release red, white and blue biodegradable helium balloons. Before doing so, have each child attach a message of peace for the world and let go.
