Agreement with Terms and Conditions:
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of ILoveThatTeachingIdea.com ("Agreement") by you, an individual accessing ILoveThatTeachingIdea.com ("Visitor"). IN NO EVENT WILL I LOVE THAT TEACHING IDEA, OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING ILOVETHATTEACHINGIDEA.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ILOVETHATTEACHINGIDEA.COM. VISITOR HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON ILOVETHATTEACHINGIDEA.COM.

Indemnification:

Controlling Law:
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any cause of action of any nature arising out this Agreement shall be brought in Cache County.
