After the first month of school, I pass out a small sheet of paper that has 3 questions that my students have to answer on it. It reads:
1. Three things that have helped me learn: _______________, _________________, ________________.
2. One thing the teacher could do to help me learn more: __________________________
3. One thing I could do to help me learn more: _________________________________.
I find this information to be extremely helpful in evaluating my own teaching style and making the necessary changes to ensure success for my students.
