Fill in the blank with a subject you are studying at the time. One idea may be to have your students cut out snowflakes and hang them up all over the board. But before they do, have them write down facts about the subject they are studying all over the snowflakes. Another idea might be to create the image of a snow fort on your board. Cut out white snowballs from construction paper or from styrofoam and label facts on those.
