At
parent-teacher conferences, I always set out different worksheets
parents are free to take home to help their children. This really
makes parents feel like they have something "immediately
in their hands" to help in a struggling area that was discussed
during the conference. Some examples may include: math drill sheets,
cursive writing practice sheets, or spelling study hints.
