WANTED: 1st Class Kids!

I decorate one of my bulletin boards with the following heading, "WANTED: 1st Class Kids!" I then assign each student in my class another student's name. They have to draw a picture of the other person and then give a character description of that student. For example it may say, "WANTED: Maria Velez DESCRIPTION: Friendly, thoughtful, and honest. LAST SEEN: Helping a 1st grader when he fell on the playground."
