Character Trait Spotlight

Each week at our class meetings, I introduce one character trait I want my students to work on for that week. I also encourage them to recognize that trait in others during the week. We talk about what "it looks like" when we see others displaying that character trait. I then post that trait on a poster on the wall. When I or someone else in the class sees that trait being displayed, we write it down on our poster.
