Keeping
learning centers clean and ready to be used when the next student
arrives, is an important expectation I have of my students. We
discuss this at the beginning of the year so students know that
it is their responsibility to do this. The logical consequence
for not having a center clean and in order is that it will be
closed. I simply hang a sign on the center that reads:
"The ____________ center will be closed for 1 week due to
________________.
Center will re-open on ________________.
