Noisy Chairs

I have tile floors in my classroom. I am also on a raised foundation. When my students pulled out or pushed in their chairs, my room was filled with a deafening sound. I contacted the local Tennis Club and asked if I could have some FREE used tennis balls. Three days later the tennis instructor delivered 120 FREE tennis balls to my school. I promptly cut an X in each ball and placed them on the legs of my students &#8217 chairs. I now have a much quieter classroom.
