may sound unimportant, but it really works. Always carry a folder or clipboard
with you when you are on sub assignments. This will make you look 'in charge'
and professional to your students (and other adults). You can also jot down notes
or pretend notes when you want the students to think that you may be writing about
them to their normal teacher for purposes of behavior management. |
