Every
morning I'm always tired and don't feel like doing anything. I know that if I
feel like that at 7:30, then my students must feel like that as well. I teach
Spanish 1, mostly Freshman, and they're an awesome bunch.
When
my 1st period rolls into the room, they each are handed a card. The card has different
names of Spanish speaking countries. When I call roll, that student stands up
and tells us what his/her country is. At the end of year, students give me a spanish
sentence about that country and what its capital is.
This
really gets my students and I into the Spanish-speaking mood!
