I
teach German native-speakers and they love having to correct what
I call "crazy conversations". I give them a sheet on which
I write a conversation between an English native speaker and members
of other EU countries. They must correct any errors they find. I
use this as a form of revision for different parts of grammar. It
can, of course, be used for almost anything. They do it as pair-work
or as homework. If they do it as homework, and it is a small class,
they can choose a partner and read their dialoge out loud. Each
partner only reads what they have written. Not as confusing as it
sounds and, most importantly, fun!
